Stavrel is a desk for Ocean Bills of Lading, operated by Ondevia. Uploads are sent to the extractor only to read the page. Specimens never leave this device.
When you sign in, the company desk stores the structured extraction, the review log, and — when the file is small enough — the original. Retention is set by the desk (30, 90 or 365 days).
B/Ls carry names and addresses of shippers, consignees and notify parties. That is customer data of the controller who uses the desk, not a public ledger.
Sign-in uses Google, X, or email and password on this app. There is no advertising profile and no sale of document contents.
The trial allowance is bound to a first-party cookie on this browser and a one-way hash of the public network address. Private and local addresses are ignored. We do not request GPS location and we do not fingerprint the device. Specimens and accompanying papers are not counted. A spent trial is not reset by signing in.
You may export the structured desk and delete the company desk from settings. Retention drops uploads older than the period you set. Specimens are not retained as company files.
