What you are not paying for

There is no CargoWise or Softpak connection. You export CSV or Excel and put the file into the sheet, the TMS, or the customs file you already use. If we refuse a document, a truck bill or a CMR for example, it is not taken off your allowance.

No card on this desk. A request is a note so we can invoice you later, ex-VAT. The invoice comes from Ondevia.
